You sell products to customers. Review margins, inventory, shipping and returns. Direct selling can exist without a multilevel structure.

Multilevel · MLM

The plan may include personal sales and sales by a distributor organization. Understand requirements, purchases and expenses before joining. GVO and GDI are classified here despite offering digital services.

Conventional affiliation

You refer through a link and a qualifying action may generate a commission. A distributor network is not implied. Review attribution, approval and reversals.

Quick glossary

CPA: Payment for a qualifying action defined by the contract.
RevShare: A percentage share of revenue under the offer’s rules.
Attribution: Rules determining which affiliate receives credit for a sale.
Net profit: What remains after subtracting applicable expenses from income. Not the same as sales or gross commissions.
